Corona Virus Update: Some of Our Products Are Taking Time to Deliver

Dear shoppers, as you know the world is rocked by the novel Coronavirus, Covid-19, many businesses are affected by this. We are no different. Many of our suppliers are affected by the virus and so the manufacturing and supply chain are subsequently affected.

In the last several weeks, we had to suspend many customer orders due to this virus as well. Here are the key things you need to note while ordering from Pendalace.

Ordered Items Becoming Unavailable

If you had ordered a product from us and then subsequently it was made unavailable from our store, it could be because the supplier stopped supplying that item. In such cases, as per our Terms of Service, we will be cancelling your order and your money will be refunded in full. If you do not receive your refund within 3-5 working days, please contact us through info@pendalace.com.

Currently, we do not provide replacement orders for any of the available items in the store. So, if you want to order another item, you will have to create a separate order.

Update on Items & Availability

We have reduced the number of items in the store due to the shutdown of many suppliers based in the Corona-affected countries. Many of our products are coming from China and several European and Asian countries.

Any item currently listed in the store is an available item, and you can order them without any issues. We have already removed items that are unavailable.

Unusual Delays on Available Items

For some of our products that are still available, we are seeing unusual delays in delivery due to the virus. In such cases, we do not cancel the order and initiate refund, but we inform the customers about the delay instead.

If you do not wish to wait, you could cancel the order from your side if the order hasn’t already been shipped. If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not available. You need to wait for the delivery. We apologize for this inconvenience.

We are committed customer satisfaction. So, in any case, we will make all arrangements to get your desired products to your hands. This temporary situation of Covid-19 quarantine is being monitored carefully. We are hoping to get all of our coveted products up in the store in a few weeks.
